NOL awards are designed to celebrate hard work and achievement and motivate all players and CMCs to perform as champions.
Boss Builder National Champions
Crowning of (13) Boss Builders players and their teams. Players receive a $25,000.00 scholarship or business startup funds.
Player teammates receive the following:

$5,000.00 College Students
$5,000.00 Educator
BALAS National Champions
Crowning of (13) BALAS players and their teams. Players receive a $25,000.00 scholarship or business startup funds.

AG QUEEN CROWNING
Crowning of one female from Boss Builders and BALAS players food security network. The Queen receives a $10,000.00 scholarship or business startup funds.

AG KING CROWNING
Crowning of one male from Boss Builders and BALAS players food security network. The King receives a $10,000.00 scholarship or business startup funds.

Conference CMC of the Year (13)
Crowning of CMCs of the year from each conference. The CMC receives a league-branded color vehicle and 12 monthly mortgage/rent payments.
CMC assistant coach receives:
$5,000.00
Six Months paid rent or mortgage.
Player of the Year
Crowning of one player of the year. The player receives a $50,000.00 scholarship or business startup funds.
